Ralph McLaughlin
Past Director - Rotary International

Ralph is a financial consultant.  He has interest in banking and farming.

He has served his community on the United Way, YMCA, school board, city council, Crime Stoppers, mayor pro-tem, and president of the Chamber of Commerce. He is currently President of the YMCA Endowment Fund.

He and his wife are Paul Harris Fellows and led a Group Study Exchange Team to Belgium.  They have been active in District 5730 R.Y.L.A. since its inception in 1977.  He chairs his Districts Polio Eradication Campaign and has received Rotary Foundations' Citation for Meritorious Service, and the Distinguished Service Award.  He was twice awarded the Presidential Golden Century Citation Award.  He was Chairman of Lone Star Rotary PETS-1990, served as District Governor (D. 573) 1975-76 and was R.I. Director 1991-93.  He chaired the International Membership Development Task Force for RI in 1994-95 and currently serves on the Board of Lone Star Rotary P.E.T.S. as an Advisory Member.

Episcopalians, Ralph and his wife Billye, live in Big Spring, and have four children and six grandchildren.
